1. Business Manager

Looking for Young, bright, go-getter, highly energetic individuals with good communication and analytical skills to join our sales team. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 2-4 years, preferably in banking & financial services. Freshers and candidates with lesser experience will also be considered if they are exceptionally good.

A Business Manager is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job. The job also requires a good understanding of the financial products and services in order to deal with individual customer's demands and queries. Role and responsibilities:

  • Conduct marketing and promotional activities to build the brand and identify prospective customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets as per budgets and ensure effective and smooth relationships with the clients.
  • Tie up with builders, corporates and other entities to promote company’s offerings and generate new leads.
  • Ensure effective and smooth relationship with clients.
  • Maintain knowledge on products and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices and laid out processes.

Educational Qualification:

MBA / BBA /Graduate

2. Client Service Officer

Looking for customer focused, empathetic, proactive, solution oriented young individuals with a great work ethic to join our team of customer service. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 1-3 years, preferably in banking & financial services. Freshers and candidates with lesser experience will also be considered if they are exceptionally good.

Location: Bangalore

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices

Role and responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, maintain records for the incoming leads, ensure follow up and closure.
  • Generate sales leads by making outbound calls.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, handle paper work &, file documents end to end.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other entities for smooth processing.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the clients and the sales team.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions in a time bound manner, follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet personal sales targets.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers, service them and generate references.
